Overview
A new job status is available called "Pending". It is typically used for jobs whose jobsites still do not have Permit/License approved.
Specifics
To set job status to "Pending" open a job and select the status from the drop-down list.
Every customer has one or more jobsites. The jobsite/s are created when the customer is set up or they are added later.
These jobsites need permit/licenses in order to be ready for pump works. To see how to assign permit/licenses to a jobsite click here.
The jobs with status "Pending" can be filtered in the main jobs grid.
- Go to Jobs->Dispatch.
- Choose a period.
- Click on Tools and select Show Waiting / Pending List.
All jobs with status "Pending" are shown.
